• My service COMPLETE PCB is dedicated to working at the boundary of applied physics while

balancing cutting-edge technology with environmental responsibility

    Innovative Sustainable Electronics

  • Innovative Product Development

From concept to creation, I specialize in supporting the development of cutting-edge electronics for new inventions and re-designs in various industries including:

    • physics lab equipment - magnetoencephalography [MEG] (kernel)
    • wearable - science & medical - neuroscience (kernel)
    • ASIC encapsulation substrate for BGA & wire-bonding - neuro imaging (kernel)
    • 3-phase motor control HV & HC - aerospace , AUV (Safran, Barber Nichols, Blue Canyon, NASA, ISS)
    • mission-critical designs - medical & rocket motor control (Fresenius, ULA, NASA, Relativity Space)
    • hybrid-electric vehicle charging systems - automotive (Ford)
    • dissolvable biodegradable substrates - tech toys (Little Squiggle)
    • high speed data - datacenter hardware (Western Digital, Liqid, Relativity Space)
    • ground-up Gen Two re-designs - resolving nuanced issues across teams

  • I also direct/produce impactful documentary style videos

with engineering firms that I do engineering work for:

    Virgin Orbit partner

In collaboration with the sales team at BNI I pitched this video idea to the two CEOs who are featured in this video. They agreed to work with me to direct a short intro video to what working with my client BNI is like for a deep business to business partnership.

    engineering culture

In collaboration with the HR team at BNI I pitched this video idea to the the leadership who were looking to expand the company and transfer half a century of deep knowledge to the next generation. We decided that showing off some of the more adventurous and ambitious team members enjoying the best of Colorado would have a positive impact. *music by Eric Elvendahl

    inventor focus

One of the key engineers at BNI Jeff Knoall and I often shared stories of pushing the limits in the outdoors, so I pitched this video idea to show off one of the people you will work with when you partner with BNI. Rather than try to sell only the technical expertise, most people are making a social decision when they award a contract. The team are deeply capable engineers but they also live inspiring and enthusiastic lives.

    new additive manufacturing

Our second inventor focus was to highlight the young talent BNI was already attracting to solve important engineering challenges at the edge of human ability using super alloys and the latest 3D printing technology, featuring Austin Feathers who later worked for Ursa Major rocket company
